Q: How do I make a reservation?
A: You can contact us via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, or Email. To expedite the reservation process, please inform us of your desired date and time, and we will reply and arrange accordingly as soon as possible.
Q: 预約需要先支付訂金？
A：為保障彼此權益，所有项目均需支付HK$3OO訂金作為留位費。
我們接受FPS/PayMe支付，收到订金後即為您正式保留檔期。
Q: Is a deposit required to book?
A: To protect the rights of both parties, a deposit of HK$300 is required for all bookings as a reservation fee.
We accept FPS/PayMe payments. Once we receive your deposit, your booking will be officially reserved.
Q: 療程過程需要多久時間？
A: 為了呈現自然精緻的胎毛髪際線效果，我們不會快速完成療程，而是根據每位客人的髪際線範圍多大及設計細緻度去耐心施作。
胎毛線：約3-6小時（視乎施作圍大小而定）。
Q: How long does the treatment take?
A: To achieve a natural and refined baby hair reshaping effect, we don't rush the process. Instead, we patiently perform the treatment based on each client's hairline circumference and the desired level of detail.

Q: 半永久際線可以維持多久？
A: 每個人的膚質状况，身體代谢程度略有差，一般維持約2年以上不等。

A: The duration varies slightly depending on individual skin type and metabolism. Generally, it lasts for about 2 years or more.

A: We use top-tier nano-microneedles combined with minimally invasive techniques, making the procedure virtually painless. Most clients report only slight discomfort. For your added peace of mind, you can apply a gentle soothing cream before the procedure to maximize comfort. We will make appropriate adjustments based on your individual experience.
Q: 半永久療程後要注意甚麼？
A: 避免暴曬、高温蓮動、温泉、桑拿、浸浴、游泳等，使半永久位置保持乾爽及清潔。約7天修復完成後回復正常。
Q: What precautions should I take after a semi-permanent makeup treatment?
A: Avoid sun exposure, high-temperature activities, hot springs, saunas, soaking in baths, swimming, etc. Keep the semi-permanent area dry and clean. Recovery takes approximately 7 days to complete and return to normal.
Q: 有什麼人不適合進行療程?
A: 不適合:- 心臟病、高血壓、嚴重糖尿病、傳染病、疤痕體質者、血病、紅斑狼瘡症、過敏性休克、雄性脫髮、頭皮炎、癲癇、癌症、懷孕期及哺乳期, 如身體有以上狀況，將不適合進行半永久化妝療程，或長期服藥者若有任何疑慮請先向家庭醫生徵詢才預約，如未有申報而療程後出現副作用，所有責任將由客人自行承擔。
Q: Who is not suitable for this treatment?
A: Not suitable for: - People with heart disease, high blood pressure, severe diabetes, infectious diseases, keloid scarring, blood disorders, lupus erythematosus, anaphylactic shock, androgenetic alopecia, scalp inflammation, epilepsy, cancer, pregnancy, or breastfeeding. If you have any of the above conditions, you are not suitable for semi-permanent makeup treatments. Those who are taking long-term medications should consult their family doctor before making an appointment if they have any concerns. If you fail to report any of these conditions and experience side effects after the treatment, you will be solely responsible.
